Wisconsin deserves a transparent and open Supreme Court to protect our system of checks and balances. Ed Fallone will help restore balance, civility and trust in our state’s highest court.

Background:
Ed Fallone has decades of legal experience and a broad legal background that is not currently represented on the court. Ed Fallone has 20 years experience as a professor at Marquette University Law School, teaching constitutional law, corporate law and criminal law. Fallone spent two decades training the lawyers who appear before our state courts, preparing them for a profession that demands excellence and ethics.

Conservative incumbent, Patience Roggensack, is part of the dysfunction on the Supreme Court. Roggensack was a key supporter of banning the public from important Supreme Court business, effectively limiting accountability and transparency of the court’s decision making process. Roggensack allowed Justice David Prosser to avoid accountability for the disciplinary charges brought against him for choking a fellow Justice.
