 31 Non-profits Release Alternative to Governor's Budget. The Wisconsin Values Budget shows that draconian cuts are not necessary if wealthy and corporations pay their fair share. The Wisconsin Values Budget provides a balanced approach to the state’s fiscal challenges, demonstrating that the Governor’s choices are not necessary choices.
