Deadline to Schedule a House Party for Healthcare is Wednesday!

Posted by: Kevin Kane

Tagged in: Untagged

The 2 year Anniversary of the Affordable Care Act, the national health reform law, is fast approaching, and citizens across Wisconsin are preparing house parties and events to celebrate with Members of Congress & Health Advocates! These parties will take place between March 19th through March 22nd, but the deadline to signup is THIS WEDNESDAY!

If you are interested in getting a group together (between 3-15+ people) in your town we will connect you directly with the Members of Congress and other health advocates directly via conference call into your home to hear about how the Affordable Care Act impacts us, how important it is, and lastly answer your questions! This is a great way to talk to your Congressperson about this historic law!

How Do I Host an Event?

Checkout our "how-to" guide on how to hold a House Party 4 Health Reform
Then, be sure to let us know where and when you are planning to host your event. You can either email us at kevin.kane@citizenactionwi.org or sign up here! Then, based on which date you picked, you can get a generic invite to send to anyone you want with the data, time and speaker already on the invite, just add the party location and any other details!

You will be provided with everything you need to have a great event! Call-in information, a short video by a special guest, sign-in sheets, etc. But you must let us know by Wednesday March 14th!

Start your party today, email us at kevin.kane@citizenactionwi.org or sign up here!
