EMILY BERGE – WI CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT 3
Emily Berge has a history of working with Citizen Action, and the Electoral Committee feels they are able to trust what she is running on. She strongly supports Medicare for All, LGBTQIA+ rights, increasing the minimum wage, and fair housing. She will continue to build off the relationships she has built during her time in the City Council.
STATE TREASURER – DUAL ENDORSEMENT DYLAN HELMENSTINE & YEE LENG XIONG
Both candidates for State Treasurer bring strong values and important lived experiences to the table. Each will fight for transparency in the office and to make sure Wisconsinites have access to the things they need not just to survive, but thrive.
Dylan will defend public schools and bring transparency to annual property tax bills. He wants folks to see not only where but how state funds impact their community.
Yee will ensure the Treasurer answers to the people of Wisconsin. He will fight to make sure public resources serve people instead of the powerful and wealthy.

CORRINE HENDRICKSON – SENATE DISTRICT 17
Corrine Hendrickson is running a very strong campaign on public education funding, child care investment, and rural healthcare access. She has spent over a decade in early childhood and rural advocacy. She’ll fight for climate justice and a pause on data centers until they can meet strong environmental standards.

ISMAEL LUNA – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 08
Ismael Luna comes from the South Side of Milwaukee, and is a proud graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools. From protecting vulnerable communities, to advocating for healthcare (including mental healthcare), to fighting for housing access for all, Ismael will work hard for Assembly District 08. He wants to boost voter turnout and engagement throughout the district, running a community-first campaign for his future working-class constituents.

JORDAN ROMAN – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 12
Jordan is working to build trust with his future constituents through meeting people where they are and making sure to visit areas of the district that have been often overlooked. He is a lifelong Milwaukee resident with a background in nonprofits and community leadership. Jordan is committed to reimagining what public safety looks like in Assembly District 12, and will fight for economic opportunities, affordable housing, and public education investment.

AMY ZIMMERMAN – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 13
Amy is running to build a better Wisconsin – one where her constituents are cared for and care for each other. This means advocating and fighting for things like affordable access to childcare, healthcare, and elder care, and access to a dignified retirement for all workers. She currently serves on Brookfield’s Parks & Recreation Commission.. She will work to coalition-build not just in District 13 but across the state.

REP. RYAN CLANCY – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 19
Ryan is running for re-election as a true Citizen Action champion: continuing to fight for free speech, public education funding, renter’s rights, healthcare and food access, and more. Ryan is a lifelong Milwaukee resident, as well as a lifelong activist, organizer, and advocate, and the first open Socialist elected in Milwaukee since 1956. He has spent his time in the Assembly speaking up and pushing for much needed change – especially when it comes to vulnerable communities.

DAVID LINERS – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 21
David is no stranger to working for Wisconsin, with decades of experience organizing alongside Citizen Action and partners. He sees his role as a future legislator as helping open a path for others to step up and have a significant place in the movement. He will use his voice for District 21 and work to ensure strong public education funding, and fight for the environment including a moratorium on data centers.

LAWANDA CHAMBERS – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 61
Lawanda sees climate action a racial and economic issue, and will fight for data centers to use 100% renewable energy. She will work to expand affordable health care, especially mental health care and community-based services.

REP. RYAN SPAUDE – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 89
Rep. Ryan Spaude will work hard to defend this seat, and continue to work closely with Citizen Action as a champion in the district. He was a strong NO vote on the budget due to the lack of funding for public schools. He continues to be a strong advocate for BadgerCare Public Option and the $20 Minimum Wage.

REP. AMAAD RIVERA-WAGNER – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 90
Rep. Amaad Wagner-Rivera to be a dependable legislator and organizer. They appreciate his continued alignment and allyship with Citizen Action, and are glad to have him be a leader around $20 minimum wage and BadgerCare for All, as well as climate issues.

REP. CHRISTIAN PHELPS – ASSEMBLY DISTRICT 93
Rep. Christian Phelps is one of the strongest allies Citizen Action has ever had, and will continue to fight for healthcare, climate justice, and more throughout his second term. He will continue to advocate for fixing the public and special education funding formula.

SENATOR JEFF SMITH – SENATE DISTRICT 31
Senator Jeff Smith will continue to fight for clean air and water, as well as work to hold hospitals accountable, including access to mental health care and reproductive services.
